Every review in the app has a flag control. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also email the address above.
Landlords
If you believe a review about your property violates our guidelines, email us with the address and the review in question. Reviews that are verified tenant experiences are protected; content that violates our guidelines is removed.
