Deleting your account removes your sign-in, your saved properties, your reviews, your photos, and any purchase records tied to you. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Public records about addresses are not tied to any user and are unaffected.
In the app (fastest)
- Open LandLens and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The app calls our server, which deletes your account row, your reviews and photos, and the sign-in session, all at once.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email hello@getlandlens.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my LandLens account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
What we keep
Nothing that identifies you. Aggregate counts (for example, the number of reviews on an address) do not include deleted reviews. Payment records held by Apple, Google, or Stripe are governed by their retention rules. Details in the privacy policy.
