What you can do
- Claim your listing — add a verified business contact card so applicants can reach you. Free, verified by us, business info only.
- Ask your tenants for reviews — allowed and encouraged, as long as nothing is offered in return. Incentivized reviews are banned and removed.
- Flag a review — if something violates our guidelines, use the in-app flag or email us. A human reviews every report within 24 hours.
What you can't do
Buy a grade. Not placement, not grade changes, not review removal, at any price. Verified firsthand tenant experiences are protected — the same policy that makes your A grade credible is the one that keeps a C honest.
